Cancellation and refund policy:
Standard High Season: The customer may cancel or modify the reservation free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival. Once there are less than 30 days remaining, the customer may cancel but there will be no 100% refund.
-Non-refundable: The customer pays 100% and if they cancel at any time there is no refund.

Depending on the rate policies, 30% or 100% will be charged at the time of booking.
