Cancellation and refund policy:
Standard or Non-refundable rate booking:
-Standard Low Season: The customer may cancel or modify the booking free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. Once there are less than 2 days to go, the customer may cancel but there is no 100% refund.
-Standard High Season: The customer may cancel or modify the reservation free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival. Once there are less than 30 days remaining, the customer may cancel but there will be no 100% refund.
-Standard High Season 10%: If the customer cancels or modifies the reservation up to 30 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee will be 10%. Once there are less than 30 days to go, the customer may cancel but there is no 100% refund.
-Non-refundable: The customer pays 100% and if they cancel at any time there is no refund.
