The space
The house has two floors plus the azotea (more than 300m2 to enjoy the luxury of space). The bed in the master bedroom is 1.50 x 1.90, that of the secondary bedroom are two beds joined 1.60 x 1.90 in total, the sofa-bed is 1.60 x 1.90 .

Guest access
The access is total to all the areas of the house (terrace, patio, balconies, parking), there are only three closed units (two pantries and a studio, which are used for private storage). No access will be required during stays.
Other things to note

During Semana Santa there are several brotherhoods with processions on the street in which the house is located, being perfectly visible from the balconies. Access to parking and general mobility in the area will be restricted during those periods.
