Cancellation and refund policy:

Standard High Season: The customer may cancel or modify the reservation free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival. Once there are less than 30 days remaining, the customer may cancel but there will be no 100% refund.

-Non-refundable: The customer pays 100% and if they cancel at any time there is no refund.

Depending on the rate policies, 30% or 100% will be charged at the time of booking.

What do we use your data for?

The data we collect in the contact form (name, email, telephone number and the message you send us) is used to respond to your queries or send you information related to our services.

How long do we keep your data?
